Our memberships are designed to make consistent care simple, flexible, and rewarding. Please review the following terms prior to joining:

Setup Fee
A one-time, non-refundable $99 activation fee applies to all new memberships.

Billing
Membership fees are billed automatically each month on the date of enrollment. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Treatment Scheduling
Services included in each membership (such as neurotoxin treatments, collagen induction therapy, or facials) are typically performed every 3–4 months, depending on your plan and provider recommendations.

Rollover Policy
Unused treatments or services may roll over for up to 90 days while the membership remains active. Once a membership is cancelled, any remaining services or balances must be used within 90 days, after which they will expire.

Freeze Option
Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months within a 12-month period. A $99 freeze fee applies per freeze. While a membership is frozen, members may redeem previously accumulated services but will not receive new discounts or accrue benefits.

Loyalty Rewards
Annual loyalty rewards are available only to members who have maintained 12 consecutive months of active payments.

Cancellation Policy
Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. All accumulated services expire 90 days after cancellation.

Non-Transferable Policy
Memberships, services, and loyalty rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Comprehensive Aesthetics does not issue cash or credit card refunds for any services, memberships, or prepaid treatments. If an adjustment or credit is approved, the amount will be applied as a credit to your client wallet for future services or products.

General Policies
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Comprehensive Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, and policies with reasonable notice.
