Natalie Ferris Barbastefano MSN, ACNP, FNP
Owner & Founder
Natalie is a dual board-certified Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner.
With nearly 20 years of medical experience gathered in the Medical ICU, Post-op Cardiovascular ICU, and Heart and Vascular Institute emergency response, procedure, and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia pain management teams of the Cleveland Clinic; and mixed-ICU, surgical house officer, and Emergency Rooms of University Hospitals.
In addition, she served as procedure training faculty at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Simulation Center. She is the founder and managing member of Comprehensive Aesthetics.
Her practice provides a full range of aesthetic, preventative medicine, and concierge primary care services.
Her areas of specialty include highly complex acute and chronic medical management, wound care, chronic pain management, behavioral health, and minimally invasive aesthetic medicine.
Her commitment to personalized, holistic patient care allows patients to have complete peace of mind in their overall well-being.

My name is Kristen Jacobs. I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, and the owner and founder of KJ Aesthetics. I live in Orange Village, Ohio with my husband, am a boy mama of 3, and have two adorable chihuahuas-Fendi and Coco. I have a comprehensive educational background consisting of two Bachelor’s degrees-one in Psychology from the University of Illinois and my second in Nursing from Ursuline College. Furthermore, I have a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, the #6 ranked MSN program in the country.
Susan Isaac MSN, APRN, CRNA

Susan is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a strong interest in aesthetic medicine. She graduated from Ursuline College with her BSN and started her nursing career. Susan furthered her nursing education at Case Western Reserve University, where she was awarded the prestigious Agatha Hopkins CRNA Memorial Award, the Cushing-Robb Prize, and the Donald S. Nelson Award for Excellence in Pediatric Anesthesiology. She has worked at Akron City Hospital for more than 20 years as a CRNA.
Susan is excited about the opportunity to expand her nursing skills into aesthetic medicine.

Marissa is a licensed esthetician at Comprehensive Aesthetics, where she combines creativity, warmth, and technical skill to help clients look and feel their best. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Cleveland, Marissa is passionate about helping both men and women discover and enhance their natural beauty through personalized, confidence-boosting treatments.
With expertise in skin analysis, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, brow and lash services, waxing, and facials, Marissa tailors each experience to meet her clients’ unique needs. Her outgoing and approachable personality instantly puts clients at ease, creating a welcoming environment where self-care feels both relaxing and transformative.

Anthony Manzo LMT

Anthony Manzo is a licensed medical massage therapist with over a decade of experience in therapeutic and rehabilitative bodywork. At Comprehensive Aesthetics, he provides customized massage treatments designed to promote healing, reduce tension, and restore balance to the body.
Anthony specializes in a wide range of modalities including deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. He also integrates cranial sacral therapy and reflexology to enhance both physical and emotional well-being. With a calm and focused approach, Anthony tailors each session to meet the individual needs of his clients—whether for stress relief, injury recovery, or enhanced performance. His goal is to deliver measurable results while creating a relaxing, supportive experience.
Donato J. Borrillo MD, JD
Collaborating Physician
Dr. Donato J. Borrillo is a board-certified physician and licensed attorney with over 30 years of experience in medicine and law. A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he has served as a U.S. Air Force Flight Surgeon, practiced preventive and aerospace medicine, and taught at leading institutions, including The University of Toledo Medical Center.
In addition to his clinical background in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, Dr. Borrillo provides medical-legal expertise in personal injury, occupational health, and medical causation analysis. He is licensed to practice medicine in six states and law in Ohio and Michigan. His unique dual expertise ensures the highest level of safety, compliance, and medical oversight for our patients.
